The Met Office has issued a warning for heavy rain in our area today. Roads may be slippery and there could be surface water in places, so please take extra care if you’re out and about.

We are reminding everyone to:

💡 Use your headlights so you can see and be seen.

🌧️ Slow down – wet roads mean longer stopping distances.

🚶 Watch your step if you’re walking or cycling, as paths may be slippery.

📱 Check local travel updates before you set off.
